I’m a small business owner,  award-winning recruiter, recovering CPA, and current recruiting consultant.

Sorry for the mouthful.

My entire recruiting career has evolved around one word. “Efficiency”   

How to make the best use of my time. How to make the best use of client’s time. And how to get the most out of each day.

Call it my CPA background, but I’m a numbers guy. And when I realized all of the things I was doing to land clients that resulted in zero return, I set off to find a more efficient way to land clients.

I went to work and fine-tuned a system that produced over $1,000,000 in gross revenue in just over 3.5 years.

And considering it worked so well, I had to see if it could work for other people too.

It did… to the tune of over $400,000 produced and counting.

Today, I run my own recruiting firm and teach other recruiters my system.

But at my core, I’m still true to my efficient numbers guy nature – I spend my free time golfing, where I try to keep the numbers low.
